What you’ll do:
Desired Candidate Profile
• 7+ years of working experience in Chemical dosing injection packages, Oil & Gas Modular packages, Process packages, Water treatment packages, Wellhead Control Panels, Hydraulic power units would be preferred.
• Exposure to Saudi Aramco/ADNOC/PDO/KOC/Shell/ONGC company specifications would be considered as added advantage.
• Knowledge of international codes and standards required to execute the project like ASME, API, IEC.
• Familiarity with budgeting and a keen understanding of industry-specific terminology, rules, and regulations.
• Experience in Oil and Gas Industry is Mandatory.
• Familiar with SIL, HAZOP, Hazardous area classifications and its requirements would be preferred.
Key responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
Planning and Execution –
• Resource planning and developing the project schedules with support from Project Manager.
• Project management starting from pre-bid to delivery as per agreed scope of contract or PO.
• Interdepartmental co-ordination for proposal submission to Sales team on time.
• Develop, review and get client approval on Design Basis, Process design calculation, P&ID for equipment datasheets, valves and other component datasheets for the skid mounted packages.
• Equipment sizing, Line sizing and selection, Pump hydraulic calculations etc.,
Monitor and Control –
• Reporting to the Project Manager, must be capable of managing and handling clients.
• Monitor the execution of the work, identifying any risks or opportunities in a timely manner.
• Ensure Change management process is followed in case of any post order changes.
• Ensure that the project documentation is correctly maintained.
• Controlling quality and benefits realization.
• Co-ordination with clients, sub-vendors and other project stakeholders for smooth functioning of project.
HSE –
• Coordinate and support team members for implementing & monitoring the environmental management programs
• Developing EMS objectives
• Ensuring compliance obligations are identified.
• Ensuring compliance obligations are met.
• Evaluating supplier environmental performance
• Devising strategies to meet targets and to encourage best practice.
